6.You agree not to remove the link to www.seopublish.com on pages built with our tool.

8.Users acknowledge and agree that their Web site information (site name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by SEOpublish.com.com. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) a directory of the sites using our service, general promotional uses, etc.

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. OUR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICES.
14. We both own the data regarding visitors to your Web site that we collect. You can use the data we provide for any legal purposes. We will use the data in compliance with our privacy policy.
15. This Agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Norway without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute under this Agreement will be Lillehammer in Norway.

To register for the Service and create an account, you must complete the registration process by providing SEOpublish with complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form, including e-mail address (username) and password. You shall protect your password and take full responsibility for your own and third party activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SEOpublish immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
From time to time, SEOpublish may find it necessary to access your account. For instance, SEOpublish may access your account for support, maintenance or security-related reasons. In such event, SEOpublish will, if possible, provide you notice of its intent [to use your username and password] to do so. Regardless of whether such notice is provided, you acknowledge and consent to such access.
Publishing and backup.
Always do a backup of all your web page files at your web host. SEOpublish will overwrite all files that has similar file names within the site and are not responsible if something fails or get deleted. You should always backup your site before using our tool. Always keep a second copy on your computer of all your files and pages/text you put into your site projects. Allways make backups.

You agree that you shall have no recourse against SEOpublish.com for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to SEOpublish.com.
